Go to any MapleStory database site (EXCEPT HIDDEN-STREET, they fail) like http://mapletip.com or http://sauna.gibbed.us
Find any item you want and copy the numbers at the very end of the URL.
Like for a Maple Lama Staff http://www.mapletip.com/maplestory-equipment/Maple%20Lama%20Staff/1382012
In-game type in all chat, !item 1382012. It should show in your inventory.
For useable and etcetera items, you can code them in quantities.
Like for Onyx Apple http://www.mapletip.com/useable-items/Onyx%20Apple/2022179 > !item 2022179 100
That would give you 100 of them.
